How do I clean the waffle iron properly?

For a professional and effective cleaning of teflon-coated waffle irons, we recommend not letting the appliance cool down completely. Fat and dough residues can easily be removed with kitchen paper or a dry and soft brush. The use of water or detergents is not necessary for cleaning waffle irons. After cleaning, place a few kitchen towels between the baking plates to absorb any remaining fat. Wipe one last time and the cleaning is done.

If you want to clean the housing of the waffle iron, we advise you to use only a little water. A damp cloth with a small drop of detergent is sufficient. This protects the waffle iron and ensures the longevity of the appliance.

Tip: Our non-stick baking spray made of vegetable oils ensures easy removal of the waffles. This way you can avoid sticky and resinous residues and always achieve optimal baking results.

How do I change the baking plates?

The practical baking plates can be changed in just a few steps. Simply loosen the two screws, take the old plate out, place the new baking plate in the waffle iron, screw it back together again and you're done.
