Each of our models is heat and sound insulated and is delivered completely ready for connection whether hot water and electric heat exchangers or compact supply air units.. The electrically operated heat exchangers from GastroPlus24 have no moving parts, which ensures a quiet operation. Galvanised sheet steel was used for manufacturing the heat exchangers. The heating element is made of stainless steel. The safety of your premises is guaranteed by an integrated overheating protection including manual restart. The outlet temperature of the air heater may not exceed 50°C.

Our hot water operated heat exchangers are also suitable for saving heating costs. How does a heat exchanger work?
Your final construction should ideally look as follows: The supply air is drawn into a pre-filter system via an airbox and then heated via our heat exchangers in the final step. This allows warm fresh air to enter your gastronomic business and your guests can breathe deeply.
