Heat exchangers for the catering industry
Our heat exchangers have an integrated control and only very little pressure loss due to the large active flow areas of the components. Each of our models is heat and sound insulated and is delivered completely ready for connection whether hot water and electric heat exchangers or compact supply air units.. Heat exchangers should be used if you are planning to heat air.
The electrically operated heat exchangers from GastroPlus24 have no moving parts, which ensures a quiet operation. Galvanised sheet steel was used for manufacturing the heat exchangers. The heating element is made of stainless steel. The safety of your premises is guaranteed by an integrated overheating protection including manual restart. The outlet temperature of the air heater may not exceed 50°C.

Our hot water operated heat exchangers are also suitable for saving heating costs. The heat exchangers ensure an ideal temperature control of the supply air so that no cold air enters the inside of your restaurant. Great for delaying the use of the heating on colder days. They are suitable for installation in round pipes. Our heat exchanger models are available for different pipe diameters. They are installed behind the ventilation fan and in the direction of the air. How does a heat exchanger work?
Your final construction should ideally look as follows: The supply air is drawn into a pre-filter system via an airbox and then heated via our heat exchangers in the final step. This allows warm fresh air to enter your gastronomic business and your guests can breathe deeply.
