How long is the heating time of the mulled wine cooker and how do I maintain the temperature?

The heating time depends on the respective liquid and the quantity. The thermostat switches off automatically when the desired temperature is reached. If the liquid temperature drops, the thermostat switches on again and thus keeps the liquid at the desired temperature for a longer period of time.

Tipp: The mulled wine cooker can also be used for preserving food in jars, such as jams, fruit, vegetables, chutneys or pastries. You can use the grate supplied for this purpose. Place the glasses on the grate for better water circulation. We recommend our Gastro hand blender for mashing larger quantities of fruit or vegetables.
