This pizza oven is equipped with fireclay bricks made of cordierite and a robust stainless steel front. The material cordierite absorbs liquids better than conventional fireclay, so the pizzas are particularly crispy and you can always rely on the excellent baking quality of your pizza oven.

How long does the pizza oven take to heat up?

The heating time is about 30 minutes.

What is the ideal temperature for baking directly on the stone?

For baking on stone we recommend a platform temperature of approx. 280-300 °C and a ceiling temperature of approx. 300-330 °C. The baking time on stone is about 3 minutes. In the pizza pan / pizza tray the baking time is 4 minutes and in the baking pan 6 minutes at a platform temperature of 320-380 °C.

Tip: You can also switch the pizza oven on automatically with a clock or by SMS. For this purpose, an external potential-free contact is connected on the back of the control card, which you receive with a timer or a GSM module/remote switching module.
